Service Overview
Maritime welding demands top-tier safety and certified competence. Poor welding can cause structural failures and major incidents. Ay Denizcilik provides services with welders certified by IACS member classification societies.
Hull plate replacements, pipe spool fabrication, reinforcement of deck elements, and custom steel structures are welded on site. All procedures are executed according to Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS/PQR) and verified with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) when required.

Measurement & WPS Check
Measuring the steel plates or pipes to be replaced and selecting the approved Welding Procedure Specification.
Cutting & Pre-fabrication
Oxygen/plasma cutting of old steel structures and pre-fabricating new pipe spools.
Certified Welding
Performing SMAW, GMAW, or TIG welding by our class-certified marine welders.
NDT Inspection
Testing weld integrity using Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to verify defect-free joints.
